Warranty & payment
Warranty
50% guarantee for one year (unless otherwise specified).
Warranty applies only to tree(s) planted by Alfaro Tree Sales. The client must provide proper care and watering for the tree(s). ATS is not responsible for damage done to trees by an act of nature. The client is responsible for the cost of labor and 50% of the cost of tree replacement(s). Tree(s) planted by the client are not covered by this warranty.
Payment & deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your tree(s). Processing tree(s) for transport and planting will begin once the deposit is received.
Deposits are non-refundable; however, the full amount may be applied as store credit for up to one year from the planting date.

Promotion disclaimer. This promotion is sponsored by Alfaro Trees, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Atascosa, TX, and is valid now through September 22, 2026, the first day of fall, or while supplies last. Customers who complete a qualifying tree purchase during this period will reserve their tree at the time of purchase, and Sponsor will care for the tree at its nursery facility until the fall planting season. There is no limit on the number of trees a customer may purchase under this offer. Fall planting dates will be determined by Sponsor based on weather conditions, tree health, and scheduling availability, and Sponsor will contact each customer directly to confirm a planting date. A 50% deposit is required to reserve tree(s) and is non-refundable, though the full amount may be applied as store credit for up to one year from the planting date. While Sponsor provides reasonable care for reserved trees prior to planting, Sponsor does not guarantee the survival of any tree during the pre-planting holding period and is not liable for loss due to factors outside its control, including weather, pests, or disease. Once planted by Sponsor, tree(s) are covered by Alfaro Tree Sales’ standard warranty — a 50% guarantee for one year, unless otherwise specified — provided the client supplies proper care and watering; tree(s) planted by the client are not covered.
